Hotline: Call its hotline number at 6555 8888 to book a taxi.
XpressCab: XpressCab service is available at some selected commercial buildings, houses and clinics. For booking a taxi through XpressCab, you need to call 6363 6868 and enter location number as situated on the XpressCab sign.
SMS-A-TAXI: Type Book<space>Postal code<space>#Pickup Point for current bookings. If you want advance booking, then type AdvBook<space>Postal code<space>#Pickup point<space>#Pickup time(24 hour format)<space>Pickup date. After typing, send SMS to 75588.
Mobile App: You can book a taxi at SMRT using Mobile App with the use of your Smartphone like iPhone, Android and Blackberry. This app allows you to avoid busy phone lines and long taxi lines. For credit and charge card payments, there is a 10% administrative charge in addition to the total taxi fare. If you are making payments with ez-link and NETS cards, there is an administrative charge of $0.30, on top of the total metered fare applied. Payment by Epins is available from August 2012. SMRT taxi vouchers are available in denominations of $2, $5 and $10.

- Registration is not required to enjoy this feature.
- Passengers can bookmark their frequent pickup address as “Favorites” and use these addresses for future bookings.
- Personalize the description and icon for every favorite address.
- It offers storage of up to 4 preferred addresses.

- This app is only recommended for iPhones, iPod Touch and iPad that run on Android 4.0 OS and above.
