Hyundai has taken slow and stable move towards heart with its evolving Elantra lineup by following the moral of "Tortoise and the Hare" story - it means slow and steady wins the race. The Elantra five-door represents the commitment of its maker to continually improving its automobiles. The new 2013 Hyundai Elantra combines attractive style and outstanding fuel efficiency with the superior standard features. The 2013 Elantra sedan contains two models such as the two-door Elantra Coupe and Elantra GT hatchback. The automotive press considers that the Elantra is one of the best inexpensive small cars that come with a little comfortable swanky cabin and impressive features.
Elantra’s Exterior:
Automotive analysts admire the exterior design of the new Elantra. It looks more violent and stronger in comparison to its rivals in its category. Hyundai’s now-familiar fluidic sculpture design language differentiates the exterior of Elantra that is aimed to remind the interplay of breeze with inflexible surfaces to make the delusion of stable activity. Elantra’s Exterior will get a bit of a border to the car’s organic appearance with different character lines that run from the front doors through the door handles previous to finish in the back lights. These lines, with wheel arches and a sleek roofline, make this a sporty looking car.
Elantra’s hexagonal front grill and other external form appear more clean and comprehensive. Its exterior will be featured with body-color front, rear bumpers, day time running lights, and heated & body-color driver and passenger power door mirrors. It will also have headlights, halogen with complex surface lenses, alloy-look luxury trim, back window with defroster, intermittent windshield wipers, and tinted glass. Its external measurement will be 178.3*69.9*56.5 inches and its weight will be 2,701 lbs. The new Hyundai Elantra will contain a 106.3-inch wheelbase, just two-inches longer in comparison to the previous generation.
Elantra’s Interior:
The interior of Elantra looks luxurious and will come packed with many features. It will be featured with new navigation system, united with a big LCD touchscreen, navigation rearview camera, and more. The wavy centre-console appears funky and the buttons are neatly laid out. It will have steering wheel that look like to the one in Sonata. It is expected that it will come with a rear-view camera, Bluetooth/USB/auxiliary inputs, leather seating, one touch windows, push button start and power sunroof.
It is estimated that interior of Elantra will be roomy as well with good legroom and sufficient headroom. It will contain audio controls for rear seat occupants, dual zone climate control, electronically adjustable front seats with driver's seat memory function, ventilated front seats, Keyless entry with start/stop function, Panoramic sunroof, leather upholstery, and Touch-screen infotainment system with sat-nav.
Engine:
The new 2013 Elantra will come in two engine versions such as 150bhp, 1.8L Nu in-line four-cylinder DOHC with variable valve timing petrol engine, and 1.6L CRDi diesel engine.
